Deliveries to the Channel Islands, Ireland, Scottish Isles, Scilly Isles and other offshore UK addresses will be charged at cost. All our light fittings are delivered by company transport in the United Kingdom but recognised carriers may sometimes be used. We normally deliver Monday - Friday up until 5pm but customers can specify if required exact timing (e.g. mornings only or Saturday delivery) but a separate additional delivery charge will apply for these services. Orders from all EU member states and International are welcome and are based on weight or volume and if your order exceeds our shipping table online, please contact us for a competitive shipping price. All our light fittings are delivered by recognised international carriers UPS, FedX, Parcelforce, Parceline, Business Post. Please advise Elite Lighting of any transit damage or shortage within 7 days of arrival, so that we can put the matter right ASAP. Please note any exterior damage to the package and when you sign for the consignment please include 'carton received damaged, contents unexamined'. | | | Delivery Schedule All orders are normally delivered within 7-14 days. In any event, orders will always be delivered within 28 days, unless a longer timescale has been agreed.
